In Australia, we ship directly from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads Gold Coast with Australia Post. You can select from 2 options:
- $10 Regular Post (please allow 2 - 4 days business days AFTER DISPATCH for delivery)
- $15 Express Post (please allow 1-2 business days AFTER DISPATCH for delivery)

For our International customers, we ship with Australia Post International.

This optional coverage allows you to return eligible items with a free return shipping label through our Returns Portal.
If Checkout+ Return Coverage is not selected at checkout, return shipping costs and a small handling fee of $5.00 will apply if you lodge a return.

PRE-ORDER
From time to time, we may offer items for pre-order when stock is on its way to our warehouse. This allows you to secure your size before it sells out.
• Pre-order items will be packed and dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
• If your order includes both in-stock items and a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
• Orders containing pre-order items will not be split or dispatched separately.
Estimated arrival dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase. While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delivery dates may occasionally change due to factors outside our control.
