Returns

It’s so important to us that you absolutely LOVE your KISS ACTIVE kit. If you aren’t 100% happy or have selected the incorrect size, we offer a 14 day returns policy.

If you are wanting to return or exchange your purchase, you’ll need to do the following:

  • Shoot us an email at returns@kissactive.com so we can provide you with a postal address for your return
  • Send the unwanted products to the address we provide you with along with the tax invoice that was included in your KISS ACTIVE order
  • Please include a note on the invoice stating what you would like to exchange your product for
  • Once we receive the package we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund. We will either refund the funds directly back into your account via the original payment method used or send out your new chosen size / style

A few things to note.

  • At this stage we don’t offer free returns (hopefully one day soon though!) therefore all postage costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend that you use a tracked / registered postage method as we are not responsible for any lost packages
  • Items must be in the original condition, unworn and unsoiled AND in their original packaging. We do have the right to reject returns if the item is not in its original packaging and condition
