Items purchased in the Boxing Day 20% off sale are eligible for a credit note.

FINAL SALE items are marked final sale and therefore not eligible for any type of return.

Please note we are unable to make changes to orders once placed. 

RETURNS POLICY 

If something isn’t quite right or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept FULL priced, unworn (with original tags attached and garment bag), unwashed items for return or exchange within 14 days of arrival (Australia & International orders included)

Please be mindful, we do not provide returns on any items purchased at a discounted price (including all discounted items using discount / promotional / welcome codes & bundle offers). 

Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for any type of return.

Goods must be in a re-sellable condition to return, this means they are unworn, free from makeup / deodorant marks and odour, unmarked, undamaged and have original zip lock bag packaging, padding in place and tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection at our delivery centre.

**IMPORTANT** We are unable to HOLD items. If the item you requested has sold out by the time we receive your return, you will be issued a credit note instead.
