RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW TO RETURN
All returns and exchanges must be lodged via our Returns Portal:
https://www.kissactive.com/pages/returnsportal
FULL-PRICED ITEMS
We accept exchange or store credit on full-priced items only, provided that:
• The return is lodged within 14 days of delivery
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition
• Original tags attached, garment bag, and padding (where applicable) are included
• Items are free from makeup, deodorant marks, odour, stains, or damage
RETURN ASSESSMENT
All returns are inspected on arrival at our warehouse.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.
SECOND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• We do not offer second exchanges
• If an exchanged item is returned, it will be issued as store credit only minus shipping
• Store credit cannot be refunded to the original payment method
SALE, BUNDLES & PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
For change of mind:
• Items purchased during any sale or promotion are eligible for store credit only
• Items purchased using any discount code (including welcome codes, promotional codes, automatic discounts) are eligible for store credit only
• Items purchased as part of a bundle offer are eligible for store credit only
• Refunds are not available on sale, discounted, or bundled items
• FINAL SALE items are clearly marked and are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
Please note: Orders cannot be changed once placed.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
• We are unable to hold items for exchanges
• If your requested exchange is unavailable when your return is processed, a store credit will be issued.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our warehouse.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@kissactive.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Faults do not include loose threads, damage caused by incorrect washing, wear and tear, or misuse.
