IMPORTANT: Please note all items purchased in the Black Friday Sale and ineligible for a Refund. You are welcome to exchange or receive a credit note if something isn't right.
If something isn’t quite right or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept full priced, unworn (with original tags attached and garment bag), unwashed items for return or exchange within 30 days of arrival (Australia & International orders included)
Please be mindful, we do not provide refunds on sale items (including flash sales and all discounted items using discount / promotional / welcome codes). In this instance we will provide store credit or exchange only.
Unfortunately FINAL sale (including the moving warehouse sale) items are not eligible for any type of return.
Goods must be in a re-sellable condition to return, this means they are unworn, free from makeup / deodorant marks and odour, unmarked, undamaged and have original zip lock bag packaging, padding in place and tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection at our delivery centre.
