RETURNS POLICY
If something isn’t quite right or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept full priced, unworn (with original tags attached and garment bag), unwashed items for return or exchange within 14 days of arrival (Australia & International orders included)
Please be mindful, we do not provide refunds on any items purchased at a discounted price (including all discounted items using discount / promotional / welcome codes & bundle offers). In this instance we will provide store credit or exchange only.
Unfortunately FINAL sale items are not eligible for any type of return.

We will gladly provide a credit note for our NEW release products from our Summer Days Collection.
Please note: due to the incredible savings and huge discounts on all other items these are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for any type of return.
Please note we are unable to make changes to orders once placed.
Goods must be in a re-sellable condition to return, this means they are unworn, free from makeup / deodorant marks and odour, unmarked, undamaged and have original zip lock bag packaging, padding in place and tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection at our delivery centre.
**IMPORTANT** We are unable to HOLD items. If the item you requested has sold out by the time we receive your return, you will be issued a credit note instead.
