Birthday Sale Policy
Birthday Sale purchases are eligible for store credit only.
Refunds & exchanges are not available.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN:
All returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal: https://www.kissactive.com/pages/returnsportal
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT
We offer store credit only for eligible returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Lodged within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition
• Original tags attached
• Ziplock bag and padding included (where applicable)
• Free from makeup, deodorant marks, odours, stains, or damage
Once approved, store credit will be issued via email and can be used on any future purchase.
Store credit cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
FINAL SALE
Items marked FINAL SALE are strictly NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
This includes any products labelled Final Sale on the product description page at the time of purchase.
Please choose carefully when purchasing Final Sale items, as all Final Sale purchases are considered final.
RETURN ASSESSMENT
All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
Kiss Active reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet our return conditions. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if Checkout+ return coverage was selected at checkout, the return shipping label will be provided free of charge.
If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, the cost of the return shipping label and a handling fee will be charged.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECOND RETURNS
Items purchased using store credit or items previously returned are not eligible for return.
SALE, BUNDLES & PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
For change of mind:
• Items purchased during sales or promotional events are eligible for store credit only
• Items purchased using discount codes (including welcome codes, promotional codes, and automatic discounts) are eligible for store credit only
• Items purchased as part of a bundle offer are eligible for store credit only
FINAL SALE items are clearly marked and are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Please note: Orders cannot be changed once placed.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our warehouse.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@kissactive.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern
Please note: Loose threads, damage caused by incorrect washing, normal wear and tear, or misuse are not considered faults.
