Returns – Kiss Active


It’s so important to us that you absolutely LOVE your KISS ACTIVE kit. If you aren’t 100% happy or have selected the incorrect size, we offer a 14 day returns policy on all FULL PRICE items. Please note, sale and discounted items cannot be returned.

If you are wanting to return or exchange your purchase, you’ll need to do the following:

  • Shoot us an email at so we can provide you with a postal address for your return
  • Send the unwanted products to the address we provide you with along with the a note (handwritten is fine) that includes your order number and whether you would like to exchange or refund
  • Please thoroughly check items for any markings before returning them. Items that have makeup stains or any marks at all will be returned to the buyer at their own cost
  • Once we receive the package we will happily provide you with a credit note (for an exchange) or refund. We will either refund the funds directly back into your account via the original payment method used or send you a credit note code via email to the value of the items so you can jump online and purchase your new products in the correct size.
  • IMPORTANT: If you received free shipping on your order and would like to refund it, please note the amount refunded will be LESS the shipping charges.

A few things to note.

  • At this stage we don’t offer free returns (hopefully one day soon though!) therefore all postage costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend that you use a tracked / registered postage method as we are not responsible for any lost packages
  • Items must be in the original condition (with padding still in place), unworn and unsoiled AND in their original packaging. We do have the right to reject returns if the item is not in its original packaging and condition
