In Australia, we ship directly from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads Gold Coast with Australia Post. You can select from 2 options: 

• $10 Regular Post (please allow 2 - 4 days business days AFTER DISPATCH for delivery)
• $15 Express Post (please allow 1-2 business days AFTER DISPATCH for delivery)

FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $150

For our International customers, we ship with Australia Post International.

WORLDWIDE shipping times are as follows and are only approximate. 

New Zealand: 3 - 5 business days

USA & Canada: 7 - 12 business days

UK & Europe: 5 - 12 business days

Rest of World: 5 - 12 business days

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched on the same day except on weekends.

SALE PERIODS

During sale periods, promotional events or new product launches, our warehouse experiences a much higher volume of orders. While our team works hard to pack orders as quickly as possible, dispatch may take a little longer than usual during these times. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Checkout+ Return Coverage

At checkout you will see the option to add Checkout+ Return Coverage to your order.

This optional coverage allows you to return eligible items with a free return shipping label through our Returns Portal.

If Checkout+ Return Coverage is not selected at checkout, return shipping costs and a small handling fee of $5.00 will apply if you lodge a return.

• Checkout+ covers the cost of the return shipping label only

• Our returns policy still applies, including eligibility requirements

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return, even if Checkout+ was selected

PRE-ORDER 

From time to time, we may offer items for pre-order when stock is on its way to our warehouse. This allows you to secure your size before it sells out.

• Pre-order items will be packed and dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

• If your order includes both in-stock items and a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

• Orders containing pre-order items will not be split or dispatched separately.

Estimated arrival dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase. While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delivery dates may occasionally change due to factors outside our control.
